Principal Dentist
Dr. Famysa Riyas is the Principal Dentist at Baldivis Dental Clinic, where she brings a wealth of experience and a patient-centred approach to the local community. Since graduating in 2014 and successfully completing her Australian Dental Council (ADC) examinations, she has dedicated her career to providing high-quality dental care across both public and private sectors.
Dr. Famysa’s journey in Australian dentistry began with her career at Bundaberg Base Hospital, where she served rural public patients and managed a diverse range of complex dental cases. Following her time in Queensland, she moved to the Rockingham region, practicing around four years before establishing her leadership role in Baldivis.
As an active member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), Dr. Famysa is committed to the highest standards of clinical excellence. She is a firm believer in lifelong learning, regularly attending advanced courses in modern dentistry to ensure her patients benefit from the latest techniques and technologies.
Dr. Famysa provides comprehensive care for the whole family, with a particular focus on aesthetic, restorative and preventive dentistry. Her expertise includes Invisalign clear aligners, Crowns, bridges, veneers, fillings, Root canal treatments, dentures, teeth removal, Routine check-ups, professional whitening, and pediatric (kids) dental care.
Dr. Famysa believes that a healthy lifestyle is the foundation of professional success. Outside of her clinical hours, she stays active and maintains her fitness through various activities with her local peer group and community.
